Jim reddington

Founder and owner of Reddi Shades, Jim has nearly 40 years of residential and commercial window covering experience. Jim graduated from Western Hills High School in 1980. Jim is married to his wife Jackie, they have two kids, Chris & Nicolle and four grandkids. Away from the office, Jim enjoys volunteering at his local police station and spending time with his family & friends.

Chris joined Reddi Shades full time in 2018 but has been working part-time, along side his father for nearly 20 years. Chris graduated from Fairfield High School in 2005. Chris has a wife, Kelly, and two beautiful kids, Ryan & Tate. In his spare time, Chris enjoys coaching his kids’ sport teams, spending time with family & friends, golfing, and wood working.
